RYS Alumni & Friends Donation to Joshua House Children Centre

Dear Friends and Family,

Thank you for your help for the children of Joshua House in Guyana, Georgetown. This started as a simple good thought until you all got behind to make it real. This was a wonderful gift of love.

We recently had a ceremony at Joshua House and the staff and students offered up their appreciation. (Link to the video can be found here).

I was surprised at the range of people who offered their financial help but I am aware so many also offered their prayers and good thoughts to the work of Joshua House and other such homes of love and kindness. I feel at 70, that the power of the gift of love found in family and friendship is one of the greatest gifts that God has given to us.
